The project is located in the Gumei plate of Minhang District of Shanghai, adjoin to the middle ring line, east to Lianhua Road, south to Gudai Road, west to Hechuan Road and north to Wanyuan Road, with a planned land area of 943,100 m2. It will be constructed into a living inhabitancy centered modern and comprehensive large urban eco-community, combining commercial entertainment, cultural education and business casual. The project will be developed by six phases, facilitated with different level but complete public service facilities and over 100,000 m2 supporting covering the areas of commerce, hotel, education and etc.
