Mr. He, aged 44, is a vice president of the Company since February 2017. Mr. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Fudan University in Shanghai. He was the assistant to the president of the Company and Shanghai Urban Development (Holdings) Co., Ltd. He has been the general manager of Shanghai Shentian Property Limited (上海莘天置業有限公司) since February 2013. Mr. He is also currently a director and vice president to Shanghai Urban Development (Holdings) Co., Ltd.
